B2B Customer Success Specialist

We help global leaders strengthen customer relationships through customer success, renewals, inside sales, and channel management. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will manage high volumes of customer interactions via phone and email, conduct customer health checks, build product knowledge, collaborate with global teams, and document customer feedback.

  • Manage high volumes of customer interactions via phone and email
  • Conduct customer health checks and capture the Voice of the Customer
  • Build product knowledge to handle questions, objections, and customer concerns
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver a superior customer experience
  • Document customer feedback and track satisfaction metrics

What we're looking for:

  • At least 1 year of Customer Success experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
  • Experienced in onboarding new clients or product users (Doing demos and presentations)
  • Experienced in client management, conducting health checks, and client business reviews
  • Prior success in achievement of individual and/or team sales quota/goals
  • Preferably with experience in handling retention/renewals motion, but not required
