Job Summary:

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for the Human Development Department at LifeBank Microfinance Foundation, Inc. The successful candidate will provide clerical and administrative support to the HD Director to perform effective and efficient HD functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and coordinate within the department and to other departments pertaining HD related concerns.
  • Prepare and consolidate HD reports.
  • Maintain, file, and secure HD files.

Requirements:

  • A graduate of a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Office Administration or any other relevant field.
  • At least 2-year experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant or any related experience.
