Job Title: Customer Experience Lead

We are seeking a skilled and organized leader to oversee the Guest Experience team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing customer-facing teams, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a remote team of guest experience specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to resolve guest issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure apartments are guest-ready and maintain high levels of quality.
  • Analyze metrics and identify areas for improvement to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee guest communications, including phone, SMS, WhatsApp, chat, and email support.
  • Resolve escalated guest issues quickly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or management positions.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to write SOPs and provide process improvements.
  • Independent and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
