We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Experience Champion to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through close collaboration with our Sales teams. You will define project scopes, allocate resources effectively, and serve as the main point of contact for new clients.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with Enterprise leaders, business owners, and Starfish sales teams to align on delivery approaches for identified opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to acquire new clients and ensure successful project delivery.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with all clients by providing top-notch service and support.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Over a decade of experience in project management or account management in the marketing or technology consulting sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet stringent deadlines.
As a Customer Experience Champion at our company, you can expect:
- A competitive salary ranging from PHP 30,000 to 50,000 per month.
