- Stay up-to-date on product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- A minimum of one year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias is required.
- You should be comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
