Sales Account Manager

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following skills and qualifications:
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proficiency in CRM and reporting systems i.e. Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
- Knowledge of O365 applications
- Experience working in a virtual sales team
- Experience working for a multi-national company
Qualifications:
- Degree qualified – business, engineering, accounting
- Professional certifications preferred i.e. ITIL, sales professional certifications from technology and cloud providers
- IT B2B telco sales experience, minimum 4 years of experience working on simple to complex deals / RFPs and large bids
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
