
Travel Commerce Partnership Growth Specialist

The successful Business Development Manager will be a key member of the Partner Success team, responsible for supporting the success and growth of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC.
This role requires commercial acumen, operational execution, and relationship management skills to drive partner satisfaction and revenue performance.
Responsibilities:
- Implement a partner success strategy to maximize partner satisfaction, drive adoption of additional travel products, and increase overall revenue performance.
- Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners, acting as their advocate within the organization.
- Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.
- Utilize analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business-level fluency in Korean and English (required).
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is highly desirable.
