E-Commerce Partnership Manager

Job Description
">The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of supplier relationships, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing operational support. This involves identifying, sourcing, and securing new suppliers by negotiating and finalizing supply and wholesale agreements.
">They will also manage the onboarding process for all new suppliers and meticulously maintain and update product catalogs, including complex multi-tiered pricing structures.
">Additionally, they will coordinate logistics and fulfillment to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products and monitor day-to-day platform operations to guarantee a seamless customer experience and quickly resolve any issues.
">Moreover, they will track and analyze key business metrics such as profit margins, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), stock levels, and lead times, preparing and presenting performance reports to management with clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.">
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently manage professional relationships via phone and email.">
- Strong analytical skills with a talent for identifying trends and working with data.">
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) and CRM tools.">
