Electronic Commerce Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronic Commerce Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operation of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience for customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries, providing assistance with product selections, and optimizing product listings and content.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with content management systems, product listing optimization, and inventory management is essential.

A strong understanding of SEO best practices and proficiency in Google Analytics will also be beneficial. Additionally, you should have experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
