Digital Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented specialist to join our lean and agile team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of digital advertising and direct-to-consumer e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for maximum efficiency and ROI.

DTC Operations:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of an independent e-commerce store.
  • Handle order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics in collaboration with the supply chain team.
  • Implement and manage customer service processes, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Expansion:

  • Assist in setting up and managing new sales channels as we expand to platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in DTC e-commerce, digital marketing, and the consumer electronics market.
Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Desirable Skills:

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with a diverse range of product categories is a plus.
