We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing critical support to customers worldwide.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Resolving technical issues from initiation to resolution
- Elevating complex problems to subject matter experts when necessary
- Updating technical documentation (FAQs, user guides) based on recurring issues and product updates
- Reviewing AI Bot responses to ensure continuous improvement in the support function
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Recent graduate or 2+ years in customer solutions, preferably in tech or healthcare
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support platforms
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
