We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional support and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.">
  • Work collaboratively with the wider squad and support team to provide best practice system use and education to customers.">
  • Analyse product functionality and identify user errors and root causes.">
  • Escalate bugs or product logic/functionality concerns as necessary.">
  • Use internal tools to maintain records and investigate tickets.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service/support environment.">
  • Relevant payroll experience (e.g., KeyPay).">
  • Prior experience in a SaaS customer experience environment.">
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.">
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.">
