Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Advocate to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers, partners, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and alerts in a timely and professional manner
  • Diagnose, address, and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary

As a Technical Support Advocate, you will have the opportunity to participate in training sessions to enhance your technical skills and knowledge, collaborate with the team, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

 Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably supporting customers via email and chat
  • General knowledge of web-based and mobile apps
  • Experience with SaaS Products - Software as a Service
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and an even temperament
  • Ability to properly understand and convey tone via written communications
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable judgment and decision-making skills

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to adapt quickly to changing technologies and processes, and will be proficient in English, both spoken and written.
