Customer Support Role

We are seeking a professional with excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to fill a critical customer support role.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in providing high-quality customer support, as well as intermediate/advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel. Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also essential for this position.

This role involves resolving user requests through various support modalities, investigating and fulfilling all tier 1 & 2 support requests, and proposing possible solutions for the short- and long-term.

  • Resolve user requests through multiple support channels.
  • Investigate and fulfill tier 1 & 2 support requests.
  • Navigate ambiguity in one-off issues.
  • Propose possible solutions for short- and long-term benefits.
  • Complete thorough documentation on user requests.
