- Collaborate on campaign planning and strategy to support brand growth and lead generation, deploying newsletters, social posts, and campaigns across channels while maintaining brand consistency.
- Repurpose existing content into social and email assets, ensuring tone, visuals, and messaging align with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate content scheduling and deployment across channels, including social media and email, tracking and reporting on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Support partnership marketing efforts, engage with community feedback, and use insights to shape future storytelling and campaign ideas.
- Coordinate logistics for events, harvest trips, and community experiences, and provide administrative support as needed.

They should be comfortable operating independently, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, and adapting tone and messaging across different audiences and channels.
The successful candidate will have a strong educational background in marketing or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, content production, or similar roles.
