
Reception Coordinator

- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean and inviting.
- Handle mail, packages, and perform clerical duties such as data entry and filing.
- Assist with managing office supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
- Support administrative staff with various tasks.
- Uphold confidentiality and security protocols.
- Graduate of a business-related course.
- At least one year of work experience in the same industry.
- Basic knowledge in human resources as an HR Generalist.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A friendly and approachable demeanor with a professional appearance is essential.
