Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Assist with managing office supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
  • Support administrative staff with various tasks.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security protocols.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a business-related course.
  • At least one year of work experience in the same industry.
  • Basic knowledge in human resources as an HR Generalist.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A friendly and approachable demeanor with a professional appearance is essential.
