Job Description
As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and veracity of payroll calculations, including employees' salaries and other related matters.
You will be accountable for the payroll system information and usage, monitoring the processing of other payroll transactions such as separation/final pay of resigned/transferred employees, adjustments of discrepancies/unpaid salaries, retro payments/salary adjustments and preparation of alpha list.
You will conduct interviews of payroll applicants for vacant positions and submit recommendations to HRD.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course (Psychology, HRDM, Accounting, Accountancy, Management and other related courses).
- Graduate of Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage.
- With at least 4 or more years experience in people management.
- Adept in payroll administration at a large scale.
- Has vast experience in project management.
- Knows how to create policies and procedures related to timekeeping & payroll.
