Global Reward Consultant Senior Associate Job

We are seeking an experienced Global Reward Consultant to join our team. This is a senior role that requires strong business acumen, technical skills and leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in a Reward role, bringing insights and expertise in service design and delivery. They will be responsible for managing compensation surveys, analyzing data and providing recommendations to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in globally dispersed teams. They will also have strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to track and interpret trends in specialism areas.

This is a challenging role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to drive change and performance outcomes in a complex and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage compensation surveys and analyze data to provide recommendations to stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and develop pay ranges and market pricing models
  • Provide operational support during and after the annual compensation review cycle
  • Develop and implement global reward strategies and services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in a Reward role
  • Strong business acumen and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
