Senior Financial Analyst Position

This role involves managing data, processes, and controls to ensure accurate financial programs.

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for overseeing the entire compensation process, working with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate results.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quarterly compensation workbooks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage end-to-end compensation processes, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly incentive and bonus calculation files, reviewing relevant data in the compensation system.
  • Maintain sensitive information securely, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly, ensuring positive employee experiences.
  • Document and maintain processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual commission accounting tasks and audits.
  • Design and develop complex queries, reports, and analyses to support fact-based business decisions.
  • Provide ad-hoc and regular reporting, analysis, and key projects for stakeholders.
