Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Lead to drive our company's expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The Strategic Business Growth Lead will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and developing customized solutions to meet their needs. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business growth strategy to achieve company objectives; identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients for business development services.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities; build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers; serve as primary contact for prospective clients; collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and drive value.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles; experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry is an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of the market, including retail and e-commerce sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of business development services, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
