Job Title: Strategic Growth Manager

The Strategic Growth Manager leads the charge in driving business expansion initiatives, forging strategic partnerships, and unlocking new markets to fuel revenue growth.

About the Role:

This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of successfully pitching for new business, growing existing partnerships, and identifying profitable opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate existing partnerships and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Provide market feedback to senior management on competitive offerings and emerging trends
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry research and network
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue through key account management and new business development
  • Leverage negotiation skills to secure agreements and close deals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent; Master's Degree preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in selling relevant IT products and services
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through discovering new business opportunities and key accounts
  • Experience working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
  • Strong industry knowledge and network
