
Enterprise Customer Success Professional

This role involves driving business growth and customer retention through consistent communication, quarterly business reviews, and effective management of a base of customers.
The primary objective is to maximize customer experience, grow the business through upgrades, product cross-selling, and maintain an industry-low customer churn rate.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate a deep understanding of products, technology, software, and innovative support methodologies.
- Utilize proprietary software tools for maintaining regular communication with customers, staying ahead of their technology initiatives, and positioning the company to grow its partnership with mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Establish trust with assigned customers, serve as a trusted point of contact for questions and action items, and respond quickly and effectively when a customer has a positive experience with the company across their life cycle.
- Implement strategic initiatives created in collaboration with leadership to identify opportunities for product cross-selling and work with additional resources throughout the sales cycle to ultimately secure additional business.
- Manage proprietary software tools including CRM, quote tool, sales play automation tool, and KPI dashboards to ensure metrics are achieved.
- Have a positive impact on the company culture, which prioritizes maintaining a strong culture as it rapidly grows into a U.S. leader for enterprise network, communications, and software solutions.
