Responsibilities- Work on pre-sales activities as needed
- Provide functional support as needed
- Participate in discovery sessions with prospects and clients as needed
- Assist in system configuration and best practice recommendations
- Develop documentation for existing or new functionalities in existing products as needed
- Support customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Must be knowledgeable in HRIS, payroll, or ERP software
- Experience in working in a customer-facing role
- Experience in providing functional system support is desirable but not required
- Experience in designing solution workflows and architecture diagrams is desirable but not required
- Knowledge in business analysis or consulting but not required
- Fresh graduates are welcome, but 1-2 years of experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with HR processes, payroll systems, ERP systems and financial software
- Understanding of business process modeling
