">We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to provide exceptional customer support to our Enterprise clients. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the adoption and effective use of our products, while also providing valuable feedback to our product and sales teams.
About the Role:
">This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business growth. The Provisioning Support Specialist will be responsible for providing post-sales support, including billing, quoting, and licensing assistance, as well as demonstrating exceptional customer service skills that delight customers.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide billing, quoting, and licensing support for internal sales teams and external customers.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, including empathy, positive language, attentiveness, and active listening.
- Leverage strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
">- Extensive experience in customer support, preferably in a B2B or enterprise environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information in non-technical terms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
">- Familiarity with Atlassian's suite of products and experience using Jira Service Desk and Confluence.
- Experience in process improvement and project management.
