Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing contracts for 3rd-party services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Oversight: Ensure that all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and common areas, meet the needs of occupants and are well-maintained.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage multi-disciplinary teams, including cleaning, maintenance, grounds, and security staff.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contracts for 3rd-party services, including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology, and other essential services.
  • Budgeting and Cost-Effectiveness: Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in all aspects of facility management.
  • Facility Projects: Plan, execute, and oversee building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facilities.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A degree in a related field and relevant experience in facility management are essential requirements.

Candidates should also be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
