Job Role

As a skilled facilities manager, you will ensure the optimal performance and maintenance of mall equipment and facilities.



Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain AC equipment, electrical facilities, water facilities, sewage treatment plants, ventilating equipment, kitchen exhaust equipment, and generators to guarantee efficient operation.
  • Conduct routine checks to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems and optimize system performance.


Requirements
  • Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, with a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
  • Candidates with experience in building/facilities management and operations will have an advantage in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will reside in or be willing to relocate to Robinsons Cybergate Cebu.
  • We seek individuals who possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
