Facilities Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising the maintenance program of our facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe, efficient, and quality operations of all our facilities.

Job Description

As a Facilities Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and implementing the maintenance program of our facilities.
  • Overseeing the planning and supervision of the department to ensure that the team delivers functional facilities.
  • Coordinating with contractors for their maintenance services.
  • Ensuring proper operation and good efficiency of the equipment.
  • Requesting spare parts and other consumable items needed for maintenance operations.
  • Performing actual maintenance work on equipment, fixtures, and facilities.
