Job Title: Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facility Operations Manager to oversee the planning and conducting of technical assessments and maintenance surveys at various sites. This role involves a thorough assessment of facility infrastructure, equipment, and overall operational readiness.

The selected candidate will lead and oversee technical surveys of facilities across multiple sites, ensuring thorough assessment of infrastructure, utilities, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary survey teams, providing direction, assigning tasks, and ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
  • Analyze survey results and develop detailed Facility Survey Reports, including actionable recommendations for facility maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and personnel training requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to present findings, validate survey data, and support design review discussions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the documentation and tracking of facility conditions, identifying risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement to support long-term operational sustainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED) is an advantage.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in facility assessments, infrastructure surveys, and technical evaluations, including hands-on expertise in analyzing facility systems and recommending corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with maritime security infrastructure, including the unique requirements of port facilities, coastal surveillance sites, and related operational environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) facility standards, including design, sustainment planning, and compliance with reporting requirements such as CDRL A015.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent surveys and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and develop practical recommendations.
