Facilities Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day facilities activities.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance, repairs, and renovations, as well as managing facilities-related projects, vendors, work orders, and purchase orders.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with contract stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Work Order Management: Process invoices and purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare various accounting statements and monitor budgets to ensure financial transparency.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors or suppliers to meet quality, cost, and service requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, communicate effectively, and document important information.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Facilities Coordinator, handling vendors, contractors, work orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Background in facilities management operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Able to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/holidays.
