We are looking for a Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor to lead our team in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of all production equipment and facility infrastructure through effective preventive maintenance, timely troubleshooting, and efficient repair.

Job Description:

  1. Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and mechanics. Prioritize and assign work orders for both production and facilities maintenance, ensuring timely and effective completion.

  2. Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) program for all production equipment.

  3. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical system breakdowns to minimize production downtime on a 24/7 schedule.

  4. Oversee the maintenance and repair of the entire facility, including structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

  5. Manage and perform routine facility inspections and maintenance (e.g., roof, doors, lighting, air conditioning).

  6. Ensure all utility systems (electrical distribution, water) are operating safely and efficiently.

  7. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant environmental, building, and safety standards.

  8. Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies for both production and facilities maintenance.

Qualifications:

* Degree in Industrial Technology, preferably with TESDA Certification in Plant Maintenance

* Mechanical / Electrical Engineering background is an advantage

* 5 years of equipment maintenance experience in an industrial setting, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role

* Exposure in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems

* Willing to work on a night shift and/or be on-call for emergencies and respond to breakdowns
