We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Healthcare Talent Acquirer.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring top talent in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and screening of qualified healthcare professionals
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience
Growing Our Business:
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment databases to meet monthly hiring targets
  • Expanding candidate pipelines and networks to drive business growth
  • Providing market insights to support strategic decision-making
Improving the Way We Work:
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant US healthcare staffing regulations
  • Suggesting and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Developing Myself and Others:
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest healthcare recruitment trends and best practices
  • Participating in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance skills and expertise
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work night shifts/US time zones
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Requirements:
  • Professional certification in recruitment or HR preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
