Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for healthcare roles.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success in recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles.

The successful candidate will be confident on the phone, great with follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates.

The role involves working closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting phone screens, and managing interviews via video conferencing tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews via video conferencing tools
  • Using platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles
  • Confident on the phone, great with follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates
  • Proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once
  • Familiarity with using platforms like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance tasks
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and spoken)
