Job Description

Unlock your full potential as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, playing a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring top talent for our organization.

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process to meet hiring goals and turnaround times. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating and updating job postings across various platforms to attract exceptional candidates.

You will screen all applications and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit, ensuring seamless collaboration with hiring managers to guarantee alignment on candidate profiles and requirements.

Your ability to generate employment contracts and facilitate the job offer process will be crucial in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
