Detail-Driven Recruitment Specialist Wanted

We're seeking an expert in talent acquisition and management to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to grow their career in the field of recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recruitment experience and be proficient in using tools like Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screening Resumes and Interviews: You'll be responsible for reviewing resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix to identify top candidates.
  • Candidate Communication: You'll manage candidate communication and email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and keeping applicants informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Record Keeping: You'll maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in HubSpot and Google Sheets.
  • Team Collaboration: You'll work closely with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs and ensure seamless communication.
  • Training and Development: You'll contribute to the development of SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack, helping to enhance our recruitment processes.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets (required)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable (required)
