Healthcare Recruiter Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for various healthcare roles.

Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process that meets their needs and expectations.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via video conferencing tools
  • Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience in healthcare
  • Strong understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates in English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup
  • Willingness to work in a US time zone schedule
