Job Title

A dynamic and experienced Healthcare Recruiter is needed to support a US-based healthcare client in identifying, attracting, and placing top healthcare talent.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading recruiting firm while maintaining work-life balance in the Metro Manila region.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in partnering directly with US-based hiring managers and healthcare leadership to understand staffing needs and requirements.

  • Partner with US-based hiring managers and healthcare leadership to identify staffing needs and requirements.
  • Source, screen, and present qualified healthcare professionals for various positions across multiple specialties.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial client consultation through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools, databases, and social media platforms to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Provide market intelligence and hiring insights to clients regarding healthcare talent trends.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS and CRM systems.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, direct client interaction, and a strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology, certifications, and compliance requirements.

  • Minimum 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience with direct client interaction (hiring managers, healthcare administrators, department heads).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful healthcare placements across various roles (clinical and non-clinical).
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working US business hours and collaborating with US-based teams.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
