Job Summary:

Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment operations, you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating top candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating requests between candidates and teams.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work towards daily and monthly targets. You will be part of a fast-growing company with a collaborative culture and modern tools.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and evaluating top candidates from our existing talent pool, aligning with client needs and maintaining backup options.
  • Scheduling and conducting multiple interviews during your shift; these are the final interviews before endorsement to training or client introduction.
  • Handling coordination requests between candidates and Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams.
  • Creating detailed evaluation reports to help clients make hiring decisions and reflect quality standards.
  • Working towards monthly goals ensuring recommendations meet client standards and quality expectations.
