Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent across various industries.

In this dynamic role, you will source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events, and assess them for alignment with our hiring needs. Your key duties will also involve conducting interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and working closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates via various platforms
  • Conducting initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and experience
  • Managing candidate databases and tracking key recruitment metrics
  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs
  • Assisting with job advertising and ensuring targeted posts reach the right audience
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements
  • Enthusiasm for connecting with people and understanding their backgrounds and experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on all recruitment activities
  • Ability to quickly learn about various roles and communicate our needs to candidates
  • Familiarity with ATS tools is preferred
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Fresh graduates welcome; training provided
  • Fully remote position, offering flexibility in work location
  • Full-time position with semi-flexible working hours, at least 4 hours overlap with EST (8 AM to 12 NN ET)
