Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to drive our organization's digital transformation by optimizing the use of Salesforce and its features. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing dynamic solutions on the Force.com platform, ensuring high-quality results while adhering to security standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage Data Dictionaries to improve data consistency and accessibility.
  • Develop application flow charts and detailed technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Define technical specifications to align custom applications with business requirements.
  • Contribute to Agile framework implementation within a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) setting.
  • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Establish Distributed Integrations between Salesforce and proprietary Enterprise Applications to enhance data exchange.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
  • Proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).
  • Expertise in Visualforce, Lightning Components, Aura Components, and Apex, with a focus on advanced Apex skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting and resolving complex logical issues.
  • Familiarity with Platform Events is desirable, with a particular emphasis on Apex proficiency in this role.

Work Arrangements

The ideal candidate must be willing to work flexible schedules primarily covering US time zones to accommodate our global operations.
