Job Description

As a technical implementation specialist, you will spearhead technical onboarding for new partners, configure our Salesforce-based CRM, and integrate communication channels. You will run discovery workshops, gather requirements, and guide delivery teams while contributing hands-on to configuration and solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer-facing activities throughout the technical onboarding process.
  • Oversee delivery across multiple disciplines, including salesforce configuration, telephone, email, chat, WhatsApp, and ETL data integrations.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders.
  • Solve problems and remove blockers to ensure smooth and efficient implementations.
  • Maintain quality by coordinating integration mapping validation, platform testing, and User Acceptance.
Requirements
  • Project management experience to deliver 6-12 week onboarding initiatives for customers across the USA and Australasia.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to various levels of seniority.
  • 2+ years of experience configuring the force.com platform, including exposure to sales cloud, service cloud, flows, digital engagement, and communities/experiences.
  • Experience with mapping ETL data integrations, previous hands-on configuration using declarative middleware solutions.
  • Exposure to communications platforms such as Google Workspace, Vonage, Aircall, Salesforce Omnichannel, WhatsApp, Twilio, and Marketing Cloud.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes using declarative tools.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud.
  • Previous experience in Higher Education, Recruitment, or Admissions data management.
  • Familiarity with data integration middleware and ETL processes.
