We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce expert to spearhead our Salesforce projects.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for designing high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and are scalable, maintainable, and secure. You will lead the development and implementation of Salesforce projects from concept through deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
  • Lead development and implementation of Salesforce projects from concept through deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project specifications and create innovative solutions.
  • Conduct systems integration within Salesforce and between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Mentor junior developers and architects.
  • Stay current on Salesforce technology updates, trends, and best practices.
  • Ensure delivery of projects on time, managing risks and responding to challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect (or Lead) with strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • Proficient with Salesforce technologies, including Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
