We\'re Hiring: Salesforce Implementation Specialist
We\'re looking for a Salesforce Technical Implementation to spearhead the deployment of our student engagement and enrollment solution across the USA and Australasia. This role involves leading technical onboarding for new partners, configuring our Salesforce-based CRM, and integrating communication channels like email, phone, live chat, WhatsApp, and marketing automation. You\'ll run discovery workshops, gather requirements, and guide delivery teams, while also contributing hands-on to configuration and solution deployment. Success in this role requires a methodical, disciplined approach and strong leadership across cross-functional teams. Prior experience with Salesforce implementations is highly valuable, as you\'ll play a key role in shaping efficient, scalable rollouts.
What you'll be doing- Leading customer facing activities throughout the technical onboarding process including kick-off, requirements gathering, project playback and feedback sessions.
- Leading delivery across multiple disciplines, including salesforce configuration, telephone, email, chat, WhatsApp and ETL data integrations.
- Liaising and collaborating with a technical and operational stakeholders.
- Solving problems and removing blockers to ensure smooth and efficient implementations
- Ensuring quality is maintained by coordinating integration mapping validation, platform testing and User Acceptance.
- Ability to work within core business hours of Western USA and Austrailasia.
- Project management experience to deliver 6-12 week onboarding initiatives for customers across the USA and Australasia.
- Impeccable customer service skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to various levels of seniority, effectively gather information, solve problems, set expectations and ensure pace of delivery.
- 2+ years of experience configuring the platform including exposure to sales cloud, service cloud, flows, digital engagement and communities/experiences.
- Experience with mapping ETL data integrations, previous hands-on configuration using declarative middleware solutions such as Informatica, Mulesoft, Jitterbit and Zapier.
- Exposure to communications platforms such as google workspace, Vonage, Aircall, salesforce omnichannel, WhatsApp, twilio and Marketing Cloud.
- Mid-level: 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written
- Inquisitive, analytical, and resourceful
- Business Analysis and Solution Design skills
- Self-driven with ability to prioritise your own tasks
- Able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborative, supportive and responsive
- Adept at managing technical and detail-oriented tasks
- Comfortable working without direct supervision
- A quick and proactive learner
- Experience in managing software application development projects
- Experience in working with Agile Methodologies
- Experience in CRM and/or digital delivery
- Familiarity with and the surrounding ecosystem
- Experience in working with Agile Methodologies
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes using declarative tools such as Profiles, Sharing, Workflow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approvals, Fields, Objects, Page Layouts, Record Types, Actions, Reports, Dashboards etc.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud
- Previous experience in Higher Education, Recruitment or Admissions data management.
- Familiarity with data integration middleware and ETL processes
- Experience with CTI administration
