About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with specialized expertise in Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) and/or Consumer Goods Management (CGM) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to the needs of the consumer goods industry.

Your focus will be on driving business outcomes through scalable, high-performance solutions that improve field execution, retail execution, merchandising, and partner collaboration.

SALARY OFFER:
Basic of Php 150k-200k (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.

• Configure and customize Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and/or Consumer Goods Management features including visit planning, retail execution, inventory management, order capture, and merchandising.

• Translate business requirements into scalable, functional technical solutions using industry best practices.

• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product managers, and QA engineers.

• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, compliance standards, and coding guidelines.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and documentation.
Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Proven experience working with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) and/or Consumer Goods Management (CGM).

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Strong understanding of the retail and consumer goods business model, particularly around route-to-market strategies, field sales, and in-store execution.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II or other certifications (e.g., Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional) highly regarded.

• Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit) is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Retail Execution Mobile App, in-store inventory audits, promotions tracking, and order capture workflows.

• Experience working with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or ISV solutions tailored to CPG.

• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT).
