Job Description

Position Overview: The Salesforce Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions to support business objectives. This role serves as the primary technical and functional expert, guiding a team of administrators and developers to ensure effective use of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service, and other related modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture

Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.Define and maintain the Salesforce architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices, data governance, and security standards.

Design integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, or native connectors.

Team Leadership & Project Management

Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts.

Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.

Oversee configuration, customization, and development activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Platform Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related initiatives.

Monitor platform performance, manage data integrity, and optimize workflows and processes.Oversee user access, role hierarchies, and security settings.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with business leaders to align Salesforce capabilities with strategic goals.Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and user training.

Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and executives.

Continuous Improvement

Stay informed on Salesforce product updates, new features, and best practices.

Drive platform enhancements and adoption initiatives.

Evaluate and implement Salesforce AppExchange solutions where appropriate
