We are seeking a detail-oriented financial professional to manage day-to-day financial transactions, prepare accurate reports, and handle communication with clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts and entries
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including the processing of invoices and payments
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts to aid strategic planning
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to management for decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Financial Professional or in a similar accounting role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Work Environment:

Purely remote work environment. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is required.
