Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial future.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, informing strategic decisions that drive business growth and profitability.

To achieve this, you will need to possess a unique blend of analytical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support business planning and decision-making.

In addition, you will collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate and timely reporting, providing critical insights to inform real-time business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Finance or related field from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking, with a keen eye for detail and ability to identify areas for improvement
