Job Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed insights, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • NetSuite & Accounting Tasks: Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, track expenses, and maintain compliance with accounting standards.
  • Excel-Based Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and budgeting, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Bookkeeping & Payroll Support: Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations with precision and efficiency.
  • Executive Assistant Duties: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support to the CFO, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to industry standards.
  • Financial Strategy Support: Provide insightful analysis to assist the CFO in making strategic decisions, driving business growth and profitability.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Proven Experience: Possess extensive experience in finance, accounting, and executive support, with a strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Demonstrate expertise in using Excel for financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to create complex models and dashboards.
  • NetSuite Proficiency: Show hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software, with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical Mind: Demonstrate a detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
