Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage financial reports, bookkeeping, reconciliation and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate must possess strong proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, be experienced with financial software and capable of handling executive assistant responsibilities. This role involves managing financial records, reconciling accounts, tracking expenses and performing other financial duties.
Main Responsibilities- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports with detailed insights
- Financial Software Tasks: Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, track expenses and perform other financial duties
- Excel-Based Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and budgeting
- Bookkeeping & Payroll Support: Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing and payroll computations
- Executive Assistant Duties: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails and provide administrative support to senior leadership
- Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support tax filing, regulatory compliance and financial audits
- Financial Strategy Support: Provide insights to assist in making strategic decisions
- Proven experience in finance, accounting and executive support
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
- Hands-on experience with financial software or similar ERP systems
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP compliance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills for executive tasks
- Detail-oriented, analytical and proactive in problem-solving
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
