- Experience: At least one year of experience providing live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform.
- Cognitive Abilities: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Personal Attributes: Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to a growing team.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
- Tech Savviness: Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
