Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think critically and come up with effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as a strong typing speed.
